Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Puppy Purchase

I paid for a puppy from southern pryde kennels, located in Florida, from Latrel Mossburg. She has failed to contact me on the pick of puppy and transit, which was paid in full to her. She won't answer her messages, and doesn't respond to email about this, the pups are over 9 weeks old and should have already been placed. Now the Big question --- What can I do to recover? I know folks who have bought her dogs before. So she was legit before I decided to buy from her kennel... Please help,Thank you, and sorry it has come to this! Elwood

You may have to sue Ms. Latrel in Florida small claims court if she continues to stonewall you.
