Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Question to ask during an Interrogatories Hearing

I have filed suit against someone to collect money that was order to me. I had to file a Summons To Answer Interrogatories. I would like to know what I can ask legally.

Re: Question to ask during an Interrogatories Hearing

You'll be allowed to ask just about anything which relates to the debtor's assets(such as location of accounts, amounts/value, other property, etc.)which may be used to satisfy the judgment which you have succeeded in obtaining against this particular judgment debtor.
