Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I recieved an insurance replacement phone through AT&T. I returned the deffective equipment while adhearing to all their return procedures and timeline. However they have not yet recieved the phone and have charged me a non returned items fee. Is it legal for them to charge me this fee since I have fullfilled all my return obligations and the package was either delayed or misplaced while in postage. Do I have any legal grounds for a lawsuit?

Forget about the lawsuit; contact customer service(repeatedly, if necessary)
to secure your appropriate redress rather than thinking about a lawsuit.
