refused to drive on icy roads and was fired

i was fired from my job on february 6,2004 for refusing to drive on icy roads. was this a legal termination and if no what can i do about it.

Unless it would have been illegal to drive under those conditions, such that the termination violated public policy, or you had a contract that provided that you were not an at-will employee, a termination of employment under those circumstances would not be legally improper.
