is reporting unrelated misdemeanor charges and guilty verdicts to police whe the criminal was onunspervised probation harrassment, He did not report the crimes to PO and was using false addressl on rivrs lcense. ie prior address from eviction feb 2010

If such crimes actually occurred, then they could (and should) be reported to law
enforcement officials whether by the individual you may have in mind or by anyone else for that matter.
