Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I am doing research and want to know if you provide a letter of opinion on the following:
 the Defendant resides in Quebec
 the Plaintiff resides in Virginia
 the litigation is based on the alleged non-performance of alleged loan agreements (the repayment portion)
 all agreements were signed by the parties, in person, in the State of Virginia
 two of the three alleged loan agreements relied upon by the Plaintiff have no designation of jurisdiction or of applicable law;
 one of the three alleged loan agreements relied upon indicated on its face that it was signed in Virginia;
 all amounts claimed are claimed in US dollars
 all witnesses to financial transfers are located in the US, specifically, in the State of Virginia, save and except for the Defendant
Thank you,

So, what's the question?
If the question is whether the courts in Virginia have jurisdiction over this case, the answer is yes. And the Quebec/Canadian courts would recognize and enforce the resulting judgment.
