How can I get rid of room mates boyfriend

Room mate and I both signed a 2 year lease for townhouse agreeing to split costs. Lease prohibits guests for more than 2 weeks. Room mates boyfriend has moved into our basement and refuses to leave, room mate refuses to make him. How can I force him to vacate?

File a Summons for Unlawful Detainer in General District Court. First, you will need to serve him with what is traditionally called a Pay or Quit Notice. Contact a lawyer to help you or call the clerk of the General District Court in your county.
