Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

I was selling DVD's on a well known website till my account was suspended. They said I was violating policy by sell prohibited items. The items are adult in nature and upon reading the policy it does say that. My problem is that other people are selling the exact same things and the only difference I can see is that my prices are cheaper and they are "Big" sellers. Like they are Walmart and I am a Mom and Pop store. And now I'm not making money.

Unless you were selling these items pursuant to an enforceable contract

with this website, you are likely without a remedy or

recourse for the situation described (in my opinion).
