setting aside default judgment pt 8

For judgment abstracts docketed in circuit court prior to 2005, when an abstract is docketed in circuit court, would an Order for Extension of Enforcement of Judgment be approved and transferred from general district court or would that order be generated in the circuit court? Also, would that Order be filed with the abstract in the circuit court?
