Statute of limitations on contingency fees

A judgement was satisfied 15 years after it was docketed. The lawyer of record worked on a contingecy fee basis. Does the statute of limitations include contingency fees? What is the applicable code?

The statute does not start to run until the obligation accrues, which is when the judgment is paid. So yes, the lawyer is entitled to his/her fees, and the statute is no bar.
