Can you charge someone a storage fee that has left their motorcycle in your garage for four years and you have asked them to remove it.

Yes, I would think that a reasonable storage charge would be permissible as well as appropriate.

(Perhaps, some % of the fair market value of the bike or some other calculation based upon what commercial operators would charge for such a storage.)
