It means that you've been summoned to appear in court on the date and time specified in the summons to answer the plaintiff's questions
regarding your income and other assets which could be used to
satisfy an outstanding judgment which this plaintiff has apparently obtained against you at some time in the past and in this same court which issued you this summons to appear.
