Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

I have a Summons for Court on a Judgment, Title is interrogatory/Judge. What exactly does this mean for me? This is an on going case to collect 3200$ for a car that i gave back 2 years ago.

You will be required to answer questions under oath from your judgment creditor or his representative regarding your income and/or other assets which might be used to satisfy this judgment.
