Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

I am being treated for opioid dependency. When I went to fill my prescription, I noticed that my doctor wrote on my script "for opioid dependency" I was so embarrassed when I saw that, and sent me into an anxiety attack, was that a breach of doctor client confidentiality?

No, not likely if such reference was necessary for writing

the prescription (in my opinion).
