Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I'm in VA past a heating company in cash to install new heating unit. One of the employees signed for the payment. Now one and half yrs later they billing us saying they don't have a record of our payment. He won't acknowledge our receipt or talk to us on the phone. He keeps billing us and adding interest. What can we do?

Provide proof of payment, obviously, would be a good start. Did you pay cash
