Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I had my wages garnished, and the company stopped short of getting all of their money, by $400.00 then started billing me again with intrest. Can they do this when all they had to do was finish getting it out of my pay check. Do I have any legal recourse?

Yes, the company can do what you've described as long as this money is
still owed to them by you (in my opinion).
