Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Won small claims case following refusal of payment of promissory note, but after much delay only getting payment little by little with no indication of how long it would take. Gave ultimatum twice but I know it will not be met. Can I go directly for a property lien until it's paid off?

Yes, and you should also be able to garnish your judgment debtor's

wages and seize any locatable bank accounts after going through the

proper legal procedures.
