Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I worked for four days, four hours of each day was spent driving my employer to and from the jobsite, we agreed on somewhere between $15-$20 an hour (which would be determined after I worked a few days but couldn't be any lower than $15) from the time I picked him up until the time I dropped him off. After 4 days I quit and now he has agreed to pay me $12 an hour and ONLY for the time we were on the jobsite. I live in Fairfax, VA and he lives in Fredericksburg, VA and the jobsite was in Fairfax, VA. Can I sue him in Fairfax County courts or do I have to go to Fredricksburg?

No, you can sue in Fairfax, the venue of his jobsite as well as your residence.
