Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

I had workers on my property they left some tools when I saw their work I then fired them. I have called several times for them to come get their tools only to leave messages on their phone and they are only to come if I am at home no one has called. I live in Virginia what do I do next as I want their tools gone from my property. It has been two weeks to date.

If I were you, I would not think about disposing of these

tools any time soon in a manner that might suit your personal convenience other than returning them to their rightful owners.
