Legal Question in Health Care Law in Virginia
can a hospital require that you pay off a bill within a certain time period? I thought that as long as you paid them something, they had to accept that.

Yes, they can, but by doing so, they may find it self-defeating and end up
collecting nothing at all (or far less than is supposedly owed).
