Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
I 129f
I got married in Pakistan and have already submitted her I 130. As soon as I get a receipt I will file I 129F. My question is that when she comes here on I129F then do we have to marry again within 90 days. Why should someone marry the same person twice?

Your wife cannot come to the United States on an I-129(fiance visa)since you married her in Pakistan and she is therefore no longer a fiance but your wife. She must apply through the American Consulate or Embassy in Pakistan for the correct visa to come here as your wife.
