Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Hello, I am a 32 old woman. I came almost 10 years ago to USA on a turist visa and overstayed. Not having a way of adjusting status, i'm now considering applying for Canada under their Skilled Workers Program.
My question is: if i get approved and move to Canada, would i be allowed to come visit USA with my canadian passport? Or overstaying would trigger the ban usually in place for such a lenghty overstay regardless of which country i have legal residence in?

You overstayed here so no matter where you move to or what passport you get that 10 year bar will still be there. Good luck.
