Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

Need some advice for divorce

I'm currently have green card and my husband is in the army.

A major reason why i want, it's my husband's cheating.

Now even he is playing with 16 years old girl who is daughter of his co worker.

And before he also firted co worker's wife and young female soldier.

I have pics o texts and messages.

I wonder if it's can be evidence for divorce and also wodering if i can keep my green card.

And also wondering if i report to police and military it can be proof my divorce is right.

Also want to know if i reprt him sex offender with that mesages.

It doesn't show they physically did something but it just looks like sexual banter.

Thanks.

Re: Need some advice for divorce

Dear Inquirer:

If you have a conditional resident green card and end up getting separated and/or divorced, you will have to file for a waiver of the "joint filing" requirement prior to the expiration of your two-year green card. If your green card is already permanent, then a divorce should not affect your status.

I recommend that you email [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule an appointment for a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.
