Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
American citizen wanting to marry a Palestinian who was born in Lebanon. Is it possible?
I was born here in the states. I wish to marry a Palestinian, yet he was born and raised in Lebanon. Unfortnatly considering the situation in Lebanon for Palestinian people, he does not have passport of any kind.
I would like to bring him here. I am not sure if this is possible, and what steps I would need to take, not sure exactly what to expect.
I am not sure could I marry him there, and then apply for him to come here, or wait and get married here? How can he get a passport considering he's Palestinian. He has some kind of awful documentation, that most Palestinian's are born with prohibiting him to travel, work, ect.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

The problem I see, based on your limited fact pattern, is not necessarily your ability to petition your prospective foreign spouse for U.S. permanent residency, but his ability to obtain a passport.
Without a passport, he is not going to be able to enter the U.S. (there is an alternative for Refugees, but not for spouses of U.S. citizens that I am aware of).
You might also want to seek advice from other attorneys on the panel, who are actually willing to give you advice & not just solicit your business.
Good luck!
