Apply for citizenship.

Do I qualify with my three DWI?

Last DWI was on 1994, and also have child support.

This are the only problems that I have. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks in advance for your attention to my request.

Re: Apply for citizenship.

A DUI conviction is not to be considered for U.S. immigration purposes the equivalent of an aggravated felony(even where a victim died), the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in a Florida case about two years ago.

However, whether the USCIS could use

your three DUI convictions within the

last 12 years or so as evidence as to your presumed unfitness for American citizenship, is likely a different issue and may depend in part upon to which district office you're making

your citizenship application as well

as how much time has passed since your last DUI conviction(s) and whether in the interim you've successfully completed a susbstance(alcohol) addiction program without further subsequent arrests/convictions for DUI.
