Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Attorney's problems
My attorney was so lazy and not working until issues' deadlines.I even lost my valuable time and critical immigration timely manner filings with USCIS.I frustated with his services and changed my attorney.It has been happening since 5yrs.I would like to report to BBB and I would like to lodge a complaint agaist him to save others from this law group.Pls advice me how and where should I complaint regarding his bad services.

If your attorney has committed what may amount to legal malpractice, you have the option of filing a
complaint with the Virginia State Bar(VSB) in Richmond and, perhaps, of pursuing other remedies in civil courts well.
