B1 visa holder naturalization
I am a domestic employee of an American citizen. I have a B1 visa which i want to convert to a student visa or try to stay here legally converting it without going back to my country. Thank you.

As a B1 you are not permitted to work for a US employer (although you may conduct business here during your stay related to your foreign employment).
