Re: i need my boyfriend

If you marry in Peru, you will need to file the petition for an alien relative (I-130) from there in behalf of your new spouse and also obtain for him a K-3 fiance's visa for him from the U.S. embassy or consulate in Peru before he will be permitted to enter the United States.

If you choose the other route which is to file for a K-1 visa utilizing form I-129F on behalf of your prospective spouse, once your district USCIS office has approved the K-1 visa petition, they will forward it to the embassy or consulate in Peru which will then issue him the K-1 visa which will permit him to travel to and enter the United States.

Once he arrives here, you will have 90 days to complete the marriage and then file the aforementioned I-130 in his behalf.
