Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Change status from conditional PR to H1-B
I am currently on conditional permanent residency status. But I am getting divorced. My conditional Green card will expire soon. Is it ever possible to apply for H1-B at this time? My company does sponsor H1-B, but I am concerned about the timing. Or is there other type of visa that enable me to stay in the US? Or nonimmigration visa like F-1? Thank you in advance for your answer!

H1b quota has been exhausted for this year...unless your company is non-profit or educational research institute.
