changing personal information
If someone is a legal immigrant to the US and has become a citizen, but their birthdate was recorded incorrectly, is there a legal way to fix the date, provided that the real date is less than a year off from the recorded birthdate?

This someone should contact USCIS to file papers to amend his or her application/petition for citizenship to reflect the correct date.
