Right To Citizanship
Can the illegal parents of a natural born minor child file for visas to stay in the US? If so what forms must they obtain?

Not sure what you mean by "natural born." If you mean the child was born in the US, then can the parents who are illegal aliens obtain visas to stay in the US merely by having a US-citizen child? Absolutely not! I mean, if this were the case, then California and Texas would have many more Latinos as legal residents.
The child can petition for the parents when he or she is 21 -- not much help, I know. In the meantime, you need to find alternate ways to legally stay in the US.
