Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Citizenship
On the green card interview (marriage based) i didnt disclose my arrest that happened few month earlier because i was not charged and was released without seeing the judge. The arrest occured in the state different from where i went for interview. I got my green card anyway. Later i divorced my wife and now my question is can i apply for us citizenship and how should i answer this question now?
Thank you for your help

Re: Citizenship
You must wait, of course, the time period required
for your particular status as a lawful permanent resident before applying for naturalization, and then you must truthfully respond to all questions asked of you on the N-400 application for citizenship.
