examiner notice
hi i had interview for naturalization in 2004 in new york i got a letter from officer that i passed the history and english test but decision can not be made yet then she told me i will get the letter soon but i didnt get anything then i moved to varginia i notified them its been 2 years i am in va now i got a letter its says that examiner notice and interview date septmber 27 2006 i am worried about why i called for second time interview plz help me about i never heard anyone called for second interview my interview is in fairfax va plz tell me what this letter means thanx

I would suggest that you arrange to review and discuss this letter with an attorney who is knowledgeable regarding current U.S. immigration law and the practices and procedures of the USCIS(Citizenship and Immigration Services) under the Department of Homeland Security.
