Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

F-1 Visa wants to open a business

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am currently on a F-1 Visa. I've just finished my Associate Degree and working under OPT.

I will pursue a bachelor's degree right after my opt expires, which will grant me 24 - 36 months to stay in the US to complete my degree (my previous I-20 gave me 36 months)

I now wanted to open a small retail business, possibly directly import merchandise for the store as well.

First Question: How do I go about opening a business as an F1 student, would that have any effect on my status.

Second question: I plan to build my business in America, so how do I obtain authorization to stay after I complete my Bachelor's degree to support my business other than go for a Master Degree to keep my student status?
