Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
felon entry in U.K
I am a Pakistani citizen living in U.S (with a green card). I was recently convicted of a DUI felony and are still on probation. Can i travel to U.K to attend my sister's wedding if judge allows me to leave the country for that occassion? Does U.K forbid American felons to come into their country? Is there anything that I can do to make it possible for myself?

I am not sure, but I think that UK does not have visa requirements for US green card holders; If that be so, nobody is going to question you or restrict your entry about your felony. Moreover, the permission given to you by US court will be more important.
