fingerprints
if you did turn your greencard in, What would happen if you try to come back in the U.S again with the same fingerprint but different a name? A friend told me you can but i told her you can't.

No, you could not return to the United States under these circumstances until you had applied through the appropriate U.S. consulate or embassy in your country for a new visa and had actually received such.
