I have a g5 visa how can I get green card ,or adjustment to have a citizenship ,I have almost 5 yrs working here as a housekeeper .

You would need to qualify for eligibility to adjust status (i.e., petitioned by a U.S. citizen relative, employer, etc.). You cannot just get a greencard solely based on your G-5 status.
You can obtain more information on greencard eligibility categories at the USCIS website or the U.S. Department of State website.
