Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Hello! I am a Green Card holder had been in US for over 6 years, my wife is F1 student( she change status from b2 visa when already been in us), we trying to invite her mother to visit us this winter. who is going to be the best person to field the support papers for her? my mother who is GC holder and own the house in the US or my wife by her self( we do not have enough money on our bank account but my wife's mother own the business in her own country and has enough money to support herself while in the US) thank you

If she 's applying only for a visitor's visa, either individual should work with, perhaps, a marginal preference going to your mother.
