I have 2 kids 4yr and 6 yrs know they reside in Kenya when I gave Birth to them in Japan my Husband has a green card but in 2002 he become a US Citizen he start to apply for their Citizen but he passed away,Know I apply for Huminitary renstatment and they approved they return the case were my husband has left it. know what is this mean they will get the citzen through there father or they will just gave them a green card, they already send me a immigrant visa application form to apply for a visa for them I'm a green card holder

You need to submit form N-600k (Application for Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322) to the USCIS in behalf of your children. If the children's father was a citizen as of 2002, they should be able to qualify for US citizenship but it will not happen automatically without the submission of the above-referenced form.
