Re: Green Card

Yes, but it depends on numerous factors, such your date of entry, manner of entry, whether you have any relatives who have or are able to file a visa petition for you, etc.

If you are concerned about being out of status and would like to know whether you may be eligible to get a green card, you should consult with an attorney, who after an assessment of the facts of your case can tell you whether you can get a green card or not.

Good luck!
