Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

greencard

Lets say i want to go back to my country and never come back to the U.S again. Can i give up my greencard and everything and be deleted out of the governments systems? Almost like i never even exist.

Yes, you can give up your "green card" and disappear back into the confines of the country from whence you came. However, as to whether all traces of your U.S. existence would necessarily be "scrubbed" from U.S. governmental databases, who could possibly say?
