Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

My ? is. Is there anything I can do to help keep my grilfriend from being deported from the states. They are trying to deport her for her first felony drug charge and the court apointed attorny did not tell her everything that she was facing. I know that had we would of know that she would being facing deportation than we would paid a lawyer to atleast keep her from cacthing a felony charge so that it would have been at least droprd to a misdamenor so that ICN would not have picked her up. Now the big issue is that I am also in Fairfax county Jail but on work release. so is there any thing that I can do we have a baby togather and she is also mixed with eithopian and aretartarn and they are at War with each other and told if she goes back that she would be tortacherd by both sides becuase her name so is there anything that I can do help
