Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

H1B to F1 and back!

My HIB expires in June 2009 and my company will renew the visa for the second 3 year term. Also, I plan to apply to business school starting fall 2009 which means that, if admitted I will have to revert back to an F1. My question is: can I still use the unused years on my H1B when I graduate business school.Could my employer(post business school) be able to apply for H1B for me?

Yes, you should have roughly two years and nine months remaining of H1B eligibility under the scenario you've described.
