H1B to Greencard
Dear Lawyer,
MY H1B has been approved and I would like to know the process to file for the green card.
I have Master's degree and my h1 is geting effective from january1.
Please let me know the process.

You haven't clariied the basis for your prospective "green card" application, i.e., whether it would be based upon family unification or employment considerations. If the latter your current H1B employer might wish to consider sponsoring you for lawful permanent residency in these United States.
