Hai
I have been issued the green card [Permanent Residence card ] in June 2009.
But,my husband is not giving the green card.
I came to India in January 2009.
So,I am not able to go back.

As a lawful permanent resident(LPR), you should be able
to return to the U.S. from India at any time, and, you could sponsor your
husband's application for permanent residence from there either
as an LPR or as a U.S. Citizen(preferable).
However, if you feel that you cannot return to the U.S. for other
social reasons without your husband, I know of no
remedy for that situation.
