I-485 Processing.
I wanted to know if my I140 is approved and I-485 is pending and the Priority dates are current what date is counted by the service centers for processing my I-485 Application mailed date ? or Application received date ? or Application Notice Date

If sufficient time has elapsed(4-5 weeks from receipt) to allow for your various applications to be properly receipted and inputed into the Case Status Online feature of www.uscis.gov, then you should be able to track their progress online and determine the status of each.
If, however, for whatever reason you cannot locate your various pending papers using the aforementioned online tracking program, you should contact USCIS's National Customer Service Center at their 800 number for a status report.
My understanding is that the receipt date is the date counted for processing purposes.
