Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

Immigration Attorney

Hello,

I'm a student at Lynchburg College. I have a brother who is Nottoway correctional center for something he did, I had email you before about getting information about the deportation thank you for reply to my question. I do have another question; the family is looking for an immigration attorney to represent my brother to see if we can prevent him from being deported. All of his family is here in the U.S and don't have any family in Haiti if he does get deported. Is there such attorney that could do that! Or would it be a waste of time and money. He will be in jail for a number of year but we are trying to start the process soon to see what we can do. Can you please offer me your advice or what would you recommend for the family to do! I would really appreciate your input in this.
