There is an immigration hold on my husband
My husband is being held on an immigration hold and I need to know if there are any steps to be taken and if he can complete an asylum & Withholding of removal application to get out.

The step that needs to be taken ASAP is for your husband to retain a well qualified immigration attorney in his behalf to evaluate his current situation to determine whether any of the remedies which you've mentioned might be applicable to his case or whether there may be other approaches
which might be pursued in order to get
him released from the detention in which he is currently being held as a person who apparently has been targeted by U.S. immigration authorities for deportation/removal proceedings.
