i have a 2 year green card based on marriage.. ive been married for two years, my marriage isnt going well, my U.S citizen spouse is mistreating me.. i want a divorce, he doesnt mind it either, will that affect my immigration status?

Filing for divorce now could present some problems with respect to proving to the USCIS that your marriage was not a fraud and, therefore, if at all possible, it would be better to wait another year to file jointly your I-751 with your husband to eliminate the conditional nature of your lawful permanent residency(green card status), and then initiate divorce proceedings.
