Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Hello, I have an immigration related question. My company is updating my GC application from EB3 to EB2 category (preserving the priority date). So they need to file LCA and I-140 again. What happens if my job address (same company and job profile, just the work address changes) while my LCA is in progress? Do they need to restart the LCA filing with the new address?

This question should be addressed to the attorney who is filing the labor certification on behalf of your employer.
The LCA is for H-1B visas, so you are referring to the labor certification application. Two different things.
As far as jobsite goes, the labor certification is for future employment. If the employer moves, you might face a potential problem, depending on where you are in the process. If the employer has multiple jobsites, then, as long as the jobsite in the labor certification is still viable, you should be fine.
